Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Draft for review. This text is a starting point. Before launch it must be checked by the site's owner, ideally with a lawyer, and the parts in [square brackets] completed.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [operator's legal name], [address] ("Yield Pulse", "we", "us") for the use of the website [yieldpulserewards.com] and its services (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Yield Pulse

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.
  • You must be a real person using the Service for yourself. Accounts run by bots, scripts or other automated means are not allowed.
  • One account per person. You may not create, share, buy, sell or use another person's account.
  • The information you give us (username, email address and anything else we ask for) must be true, yours and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account and for keeping your password safe. Our team will never ask for your password.
  • We may refuse to open an account, and some offers are not available in every country or on every device. You may not use the Service where it is against the law for you.

2. Offers and our partners

  • The offers, games and surveys on Yield Pulse are provided by independent partners ("offerwalls"). When you open an offerwall you also accept that partner's terms and privacy policy, and you agree that we share with it the data described in our Privacy Policy (in particular your member ID).
  • The partner decides whether you completed an offer, whether it qualifies and how much it pays. Its decision is final for us and for you. We don't control partners' offers, tracking or decisions, and we can't credit an offer the partner hasn't confirmed.
  • Problems with a specific offer (for example a missing reward) must be raised with that partner's support. We may help, but we can't overrule the partner.
  • We may add, change, pause or remove offerwalls, offers and features at any time.
  • A partner may ask us to block a user from its offers. We may do so without giving reasons.

3. Coins

  • Coins are reward points of the Service. They are not money, have no cash value until you cash them out, can't be bought, sold or transferred to another person, and don't earn interest.
  • The value of Coins is shown on the site (today 1,000 Coins = US$1). We may change it for Coins earned after we announce the change.
  • Pending rewards. Rewards stay pending before you can use them: currently for 72 hours after you complete an offer, while our partners confirm it. The date of each reward is shown in your Activity, and it may be extended while we check an account.
  • Reversals. A partner can cancel a reward after it was credited, for example when the advertiser rejects it (a "chargeback"). We then deduct the Coins from your balance, also after you have spent or cashed them out. Your balance can become negative; a negative balance is set off against your future earnings, and we may ask you to repay Coins you cashed out that were later reversed.
  • Coins credited by mistake (for example because of a technical error) are not yours, and we may remove them.

4. What is not allowed

You must not:

  • use a VPN, proxy, Tor, emulator, virtual machine, bot, script or any other tool that hides your real location or device, or automates offers;
  • give false information to partners or advertisers, complete an offer you are not eligible for, or complete it more than once;
  • have more than one account, use someone else's account, or refer yourself or accounts you control;
  • exploit errors or bugs (report them to us instead), or interfere with the Service, our partners or other members;
  • send spam or misleading messages to promote your referral link;
  • abuse our support, staff or other members.

5. What we do when the rules are broken

To protect our partners and honest members, if we reasonably believe — based on our review, including automated checks — that an account broke these Terms or is being used for fraud, we may, without notice:

  • hold pending rewards and pause cash-outs while we look into it, and ask you for information to confirm your identity and that the account's email address is yours;
  • reverse rewards and cancel Coins obtained through the breach;
  • decline or cancel cash-outs;
  • limit, suspend or close the account, and refuse new accounts from the same person;
  • share information about the suspected fraud with the partners concerned.

If the breach caused us losses (for example chargebacks or penalties from partners), we may also cancel other Coins in the account to cover them, and you must compensate us for damage you cause intentionally or negligently by breaking these Terms. If you think we made a mistake, you can tell us through the Contact page. We will look at what you send us, but the decision remains ours.

6. Cashing out

  • You can cash out your available Coins with the methods shown when you cash out (currently PayPal and gift cards), from the minimum shown there. Fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.
  • We review payouts before sending them, in particular a member's first payout and large amounts. This can take up to 30 days, while our partners confirm the offers behind it. We may ask for additional information first.
  • You can't cancel a cash-out yourself once you've asked for it. If you contact us before it's sent, we may cancel it.
  • We may decline a cash-out. We then decide whether its Coins go back to your balance; we keep them in particular when the request, or the Coins behind it, break these Terms (section 5).
  • Payouts are sent by email, to the email address of your account, through our payout provider: you get the gift card you chose, or a link where you enter your PayPal account. The provider's terms apply when you claim a payout.
  • For PayPal you need a PayPal account that can receive payments. Gift cards are issued by their brands and follow the brands' terms; which cards you can choose depends on your country and the amount.
  • Keep your email address correct and your email account secure: anyone who can read your emails can claim a payout sent there.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.

7. Referrals and leaderboards

  • When the referral program is open, you earn a commission on the Coins earned from offers by the members you invite, at the rate and for the period shown on the Referrals page. A commission follows its offer: if the offer is pending or reversed, so is the commission. We may change, pause or end the program at any time; commissions already earned under the old rules stay yours.
  • Leaderboards rank members by the Coins of confirmed offers. When a board has prizes, every prize is checked by our team before it is paid, and prizes won in breach of these Terms are not paid.

8. Your account

  • You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account in Settings: it is deleted 14 days after you ask, and logging in before then cancels the deletion. You can't delete it while a cash-out is in progress. If you can't log in, ask us through the Contact page.
  • If you don't log in for 12 months, we may close your account. We will email you at least 30 days before, so you can log in to keep it or cash out.
  • The Coins in an account are lost when it is closed, so cash out first. If we close your account or the Service for a reason other than a breach of these Terms or your own request, we will let you cash out your available Coins first. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

9. Our content

The Service, its name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service only for your own, non-commercial purposes. Partners' offers, games and content belong to them.

10. Our responsibility

  • We work to keep the Service running and accurate, but it is provided as it is and as available. We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that any offer will be available to you.
  • We are not responsible for partners' offers, tracking or decisions, for events outside our reasonable control, or for a payout sent to the email address of your account.
  • If you live in the UK or the EU (including Germany): nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. We are liable without limitation for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an obligation that is essential for the contract and that you may rely on, and then only for the typical damage that was foreseeable when the contract was made. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
  • If you live in the US: to the fullest extent allowed by the law of your state, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the value of the available Coins in your account, or US$50 if that is more. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time and without prior notice, for example when we add features or when the law or our partners' requirements change. A change applies as soon as we publish it on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept it; if you don't agree, you can close your account. Where the law requires us to tell you about a change before it applies, we will.

12. Law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [operator's country]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, which these Terms can't take away.
  • If you live in the UK or the EU (including Germany), you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
  • If you live in the US, you may bring a claim in the courts of your state, including small claims court.
  • Before going to court, please contact us: most problems can be solved quickly.
  • If a clause of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.

13. Contact

Use the Support page when you are logged in, or the Contact page. [Operator's legal name], [address], [email address].
